Under this tab, you have the opportunity to create different types of classifications and categories. Which options you have here depends on which modules are used in your account.
Selection ranking
Selection ranking is a classification of candidates that gives you an overview directly in the application list of which candidates you find interesting.
Under this tab, you can create and edit these grades, as well as how they should appear in the application list.
You choose what the different grades should be called and which icons you want to assign to them. You also have the option to choose whether the icons should be displayed in the application list / candidate view, whether the name should be displayed there and whether the code should be displayed there via the checkboxes.
Note that the sorting you can do on this gradation in the sample in the case is based on the code you give the respective classification, i.e. not on the name.
Create new classification / category
To create a new classification, click "Add" for the category you want to create (if you want to edit an existing one instead, click the pencil icon next to the classification you want to edit).
The first field you encounter here is the "Code" field. Here you must choose a code for the categorization (a unique numerical code per category). The numerical code is important to be able to give an average value for the possible different grades that one and the same candidate can receive in a selection process.
You then have the opportunity to select an icon if you so wish. However, this is not mandatory.
(If you have the language module, you will also be able to set options for the different languages here).
Then you have to choose a name for your category - you also have the option to write a description here too, but this is not mandatory.
Don't forget to save when you're done!
Interview time classification
Interview classification is a free module. If you wish to have it added to your account, you can place an order via the Support portal.
Interview classification belongs to the interview booking module. Here you have the opportunity to enter the type of interviews you usually hold within your organisation. For example, "First interview", "Second interview", etc.
By adding classification of interview times, all invited candidates are restricted to only accessing the interview times that apply to the specific classification they have been invited to. For example, a candidate who has been invited to an interview marked as "Interview 2" will only be able to see appointments with the classification "Interview 2".
Termination reason
In addition to the aforementioned classifications, we can also add a module to your account that gives you access to create your own termination reasons. If you want this, you can submit a case via the Support portal!
You get access to add termination reasons for:
Termination reason - Fulfilled
Termination reason - Advertise again
Termination reason - Cancel the recruitment
When you then choose to end a recruitment, your users will be able to choose between the posted reasons. Your termination reasons can be selected from a drop-down list for the selected root cause, e.g. The recruitment need is met.
If you did not add a termination reason for one of the basic reasons, the scroll list will not be displayed.
This is a good way to further classify your ads and you can get statistics on the closing reasons you add.
