If you use an XML to display job vacancies on your website and/or intranet, it is possible to specify multiple workplaces in a single ad. To use this feature, the field "workplace/location" must be activated in the ad form you use when creating the ad 😊

You can find settings for this by navigating through Admin -> Organization -> select the organization where the setting should be made (usually the main organization) -> the tab Ad Form

Organisation setting

Under the tab "Ad Form," you will be able to set the field as either "Available" or "Mandatory" to fill in when an ad is created. By default, the field is set to "Not available."

The field to be activated is called "Location/Place of work" and is located at the bottom of the ad form setup!

Ad Creation Process

Once you have activated the field, the option "Add location description" will appear in the first step of the ad creation process!ess.

It is a free text field that allows up to 500 characters, enabling you to enter detailed information about the workplaces 😊

XML Feeds

What you enter in this field will be visible in your XML feeds, meaning you can retrieve the information and display it in the ad on your website!

The information is retrieved from the element called <LocationPlaceOfWork>

Note! This field is only visible in the XML feed! This means it will not be visible in the preview of the ad in Talent Hire or on any other external publishing channels.

Therefore, it will only be possible to add information about multiple workplaces in the job list/ad view on your website and/or intranet.
