Add a manual application

Guide to how you add a manual application to the system!

Did a golden candidate bypass the system and send their CV directly to you? No stress. You can easily tuck them into the right recruitment folder manually.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Open the specific recruitment where the candidate belongs.

  2. Click on Enter manual application.

  3. Fill in the candidate's details. The mandatory fields are:

    • First name and Last name.

    • Gender.

    • Date of birth (If you feel this isn't vital info, feel free to pick a date—just make sure they aren't marked as over 100 years old!).

    • Country, County, and Municipality (If unknown, simply select "Unspecified county/municipality").

  4. Enter an Email address. While optional, you won’t be able to reach them through the system without it. If you enter one, you’ll need to type it twice.

  5. Scroll to the bottom to attach the CV and other documents.

    • Note: All mandatory fields must be completed before you upload any files.

  6. Click Save application.

Ta-da! The candidate is now part of your list and ready for processing just like everyone else! 😄
