The picture bank is, just as it sounds, a bank full of pictures! π
The pictures uploaded there can then be used in your advertisements, with the rule being one image per advertisement.
How does it work?
To upload and manage the pictures, you go through Admin -> Organisation -> the Picture bank tab.
As is the case with many organizational settings, the settings are generally made at the parent organization level and then these settings can be inherited by the rest of the organizations, or each organization can have its own settings!
Each image bank can have a total of 30 images uploaded, and if you choose to have separate image banks for your different organizations, the images will only be available to the organization they were uploaded to.
If you are in the top-level organisation, the option to choose whether it should have its own picture bank or an inherited one will not be available. Instead, "Own picture bank" will be automatically selected since the top-level organisation has nothing to inherit.
Uploading pictures to the bank
To upload an image to the image bank, simply click on "Choose file" at the bottom. Then choose the image you want to upload and press "Upload" π
If there are already 30 images in the bank, you need to delete one before you can upload a new one.
File Format and Size
The maximum size per image is 520Kb.
Accepted file formats are:
PNG
JPG
GIF
File names should not contain special characters like Γ₯, Γ€, ΓΆ, or spaces, and try to avoid longer names for files.
There are no limits on the number of pixels that the images can be, but the recommended size is 1500x300 pixels or 1900x300 pixels, which makes the images look their best on, for example, your website.
