To administer account information, click on "Admin" and then "Account information". Settings you make here affect your entire account.
The "Account data" tab can generally only be accessed by the users who are primarily responsible for the tool.
Account data
Under this tab you will find the account information for you as a customer. Most of this is pre-populated from when your account was created and should not be edited. It is actually the bottom three options that are relevant to you.
Withdraw the application
Here you have the option to choose whether candidates who apply digitally should be able to withdraw their application.
Username Policy
You also have the option to make it mandatory to use an email address as a username when you create new users.
If you already have users with different usernames, they will still be able to log in if you enable this setting. However, you will need to change the username if you want to edit the user in the future.
Don't forget to save if you have made any changes!
